Outbound Appointment Setter

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and setup appointments with Australian home owners
  • Provide FREE Market Appraisal updates to home owners
  • Conduct market survey and identify potential customers.
  • Respond to client’s inquiries.
  • Contact home owners for follow up and feedback
  • Provide status report to management on sales target


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of outbound call center experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work from 9AM to 5PM from Monday to Friday
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple task
  • Sharp, creative, assertive individual who performs well in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Can work ASAP
