Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and interpret labor agreements and grievance procedures
  • Perform and administer corrective and disciplinary actions to employees
  • Manage employee’s welfare, health and safety
  • Conduct investigation and admin hearing procedures
  • Establish HR Procedures and Policies for compliance
  • Formulate Employee Handbook
  • Review and propose compensation and benefits programs
  • Design and implement Salary and Ranking Scale
  • Align the structure and systems of the company with the business strategy


  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree on Human Relations/ Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, and any other related course.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • With excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge on all the facets of human resource
  • Knowledgeable on Philippine Labor Laws and DOLE standards
  • Excellent management, monitoring, coordination, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and basic internet usage/functions
